Who is Le Vonne Inspirations?
Hello my name is Shivon, I am the owner and the main florist. I love numbers & art. My life passion is a balance. Being a graduate in triple Majors Tax Accounting, Business & Art, I decided to merge my dual functioning brain, creative & logical, to build and create an exceptional service - Le Vonne Inspirations ( translation: The (Shi) von Inspirations) a unique experience inspired by your life moments. I am a firm believer in mastering whatever your profession is. Once I decided to build my own brand that was different from any other I choose to Master the craft of Florals. I studied and mastered Wedding Floristry with hands on training and schooling and became Certified in 2009. We proudly are a family run and owned business each having their own important role in the operations, in addition to our trained staff & floral designers team that live by the same standards. To provide the premium highest standard of attention and service. We are not focused on the quantity we live for the quality experience. Treating each individual with the utmost standard of attention and service.
How we differ from others, we are dedicated to working the numbers to work for you, paired with the natural talent & real life trained skill to deliver the experience created just for you.
Does Le V do more the one event per day?
In short answer No, Your Design Team is exclusively dedicated to your event give you 100% of our attention. We are ready for any & every situation and can adjust accordingly so that your day can go as flawless as humanly possible. Your Lead Florist or Lead Floral Designer and team will be assigned esclusively to only you and remain onsite for the time slots of your days event.
Can we Do more the one event per day?
Yes, We have a large capable team however, we book fast and only allow 2 teams to work, on 1 date, depending on the size or the occasion of event your Le V floral specialist will only be assigned to your event for the day. You will always be in direct contact with your Lead Florist & Lead Designer for the entirety of your event, from initial consultation to the day of.
How do we price?
We have All inclusive packages & We have an A la Carte option. All details are discussed upfront during your 1st consultation.
What is included in a Lé V all-inclusive package?
Luxury customized floral designed simplified with experience: Curated square ft covered florals, decor & designs tailored to your event design need and style handled by our expert team.
True cost clarity: Every package lists exactly what’s included and the final price. labor, delivery, setup, breakdown, premium blooms, seasonal substitutions — all accounted for up front so you can budget with confidence. Itemized proposals of items and quantities.
Dedicated event on-site florists/lead designer, and a single point of contact from consultation through post-event breakdown. We manage logistics so you can focus on the moment.

Package highlights
Intimate Affair to Grand Galas — Includes consultation, Full floral custom design sketch, and production, sweetheart tabes, ceremony & reception, installations of any scale, chuppah, escort & signage florals, rehearsal dinner package, on-site florists, personals delivery, event setup, relocating and repurposing, Take down, teardown crew. All-in price provided at booking.
Does Location matter?
Not at all! Long Island, NYC, Tristate, Hudson Valley - Anywhere in the world. We are veterans of being hired for travel and destination weddings.
Distance Travel or accommodations may apply and we will discuss at time of consultation. We have no limits.
How we do we guarantee transparency & quality?
16 Year Relationships with Suppliers, Vendors, Direct Local & Imported Growers, If its growing somewhere in the world we can get it no matter what the season. (with some restrictions)
Precision is time management is another powerhouse strength for us. We a lot time for all the unknowns. Executing on the spot problem solving and solutions to make sure your event timeline stays on target on our end.
Clear policy. no last-minute surprises.
Access made simple, One contract, one invoice, one link. You see every change made or added in real time and will be alerted. Only based on prior discussion on what is needed and chosen at design consultation..
Reserve your date with a clear, flat deposit due 14 days from initial consultation. The remaining balance is outlined and due per to the schedule on your proposal/invoice.
Final review due 30 days before your event date. Any changes afterwards are at the discretion of your florist but will be discussed with you.
Satisfaction promise: We are real people, providing real service. We stand behind our work and want you satisfied. If something’s off, talk to us we are here for you, we’ll make it right within the scope of the agreed package.

I like what I see, how do we meet?
Fill out our request consultation form with as much information that you have. and look out for my response. I will email you directly. Check your spam I sometimes end up there. Meet at our Floral Boutique in Walden NY or on Zoom you can select what’s best for you. We will be there.
Do I have to know every detail of flowers before my consultation?
No! If you know great. If you don’t, great. We are here to design for whatever your need. We will help you through the process.
